The aspect of having a shaded structure for cultural events would greatly enhance the experience for members and guests in the community. We would like to propose the following items for your considerations. 1. An opened roof structure with one permanent wall attached on the western face. The dimension would be 50 ft. by 100 ft. 2. The structure would have a 3 ft. to 4 ft. setback to the west from the approved footprint. 3. The structure would include overhead lightings and two vertically mounted lamp posts on the eastern face. 4. The structure would have 3 ft. high sitting walls surrounding the perimeter of the three open sides (sides without walls). Sitting walls will have a 3 ft. open expanses respective to each side. 5. The men's and women's restrooms will extend from the southwest corner of the structure. It would consist of two stalls and two sinks per restroom. 6. The building material for the single wall and for the restrooms walls will consist of concrete blocks or bricks. 7. The roof materials will consist of wooden trusses and asphalt shingles with metal rain gutters. 8. Approval to add permanent walls to the existing shade structure on the southeast corner of the property. There will be no electrical wiring requested for this structure. It will serve as a storage shed. We have also enclosed a rendering for your conceptual purposes only and do not adequately reflect the actual building or the building materials. Thank you again for all your help.
