A public hearing was conducted on May 25, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 15, 2011, and duly published April 20, 2011,
in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Dewain
Shapley Trust, c/o Verizon Wireless, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit #1777 for a Telecommunication Antenna Tower (250-foot cellular tower)
in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of
record.
Chris Gathman, on behalf of Michelle Martin, Department of Planning Services, stated the
applicant has requested a continuance of the matter to June 15, 2011, to allow the matter to be
reviewed by a full quorum of the Board.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue the request of Dewain Shapley Trust, c/o
Verizon Wireless, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit#1777 for a Telecommunication Antenna Tower (250-foot cellular tower) in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District, to June 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Garcia, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the
hearing was completed at 10:03 a.m.
