I no longer wish to pursue this matter and request that my property tax appeal be withdrawn. I
understand that, by withdrawing this appeal, I relinquish all rights to obtaining a reduction in value
for the subject property for tax year(s)2010. I understand that this withdrawal letter should not be
mailed or faxed if I have roochod an agreement(stipulation)with the Weld County Board Of
Equalization resulting in a reduction in value.

I got a phone message from Howard Licht this afternoon. He will be withdrawing his BAA case on the downtown
Greeley Regency Hotel (Clarion/Plaza Hotel). He says he will notify the BAA and the Weld County Clerk to the Board
today. So if you haven't read through that BAA appraisal...now you don't have to...yeah.
