Dear Jim & Lori,
Jim & Lori,
We are planning on scheduling your case for the December 7th Planning Commission hearing. One
of the requirements per State Statute is that mineral interests are to be notified at least
30-days prior to the Planning Commission meeting (which would be by this Sunday - October
7th). I am not sure whether you have any subsurface mineral interests under your property.
The mineral notification waiver is attached. If you are not aware of any mineral interest
holders on your property - you can just indicate it on page #2 of the application. You will
need to submit the waiver form at the December 7th Planning Commission hearing.
I would like to schedule a meeting with you next week to go over the referral comments you
have received and to explain the hearing process. Next week I have a land use hearing at 10
AM next Wednesday, Thursday our office is closed for Veteren's Day and we have our staff
meeting till about 10 AM on Friday. Let me know if Monday, Tuesday or Friday afternoon would
work for you.
Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional clarification.
S
Sincerely,
Chris Gathman
