The Konig Ag Company is requesting a Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review Permit for
a Mineral Resource Development Facility including Open Pit Gravel Mining(Borrow Pit), specifically to
extract fill dirt that will be used by oil and gas companies in the surrounding area as a construction
material for the sub-surface of access roads and pads in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Below is a
vicinity map indicating the location of the subject property.
A hearing before the Weld County Planning Commission for consideration of this request will be held on
Tuesday, January 4th at the Weld County Department of Planning Services Hearing Room. The address
of the Weld County Building is 918 101h Street in Greeley, CO 80631. The Planning Commission
• Hearing will be at 1:30 in the afternoon.
