RE: Fort Lupton Fire Protection District Lease with Weld County Ambulance
Service at Station #2-Notice of 2012 COLA Lease Increase of 3.05%
Dear Chairman Kirkmeyer and County Commissioners:
Pursuant to the existing lease between the Fort Lupton Fire Protection District and Weld
County Ambulance, the rent under the existing ambulance lease will increase by 3.05% for the
cost of living adjustment beginning in January of 2012, which would be an increase of$695.14
per year, or $57.93 per month.
We continue to thank the Commissioners and Weld County in general for the partnership
with the Fire Protection District and the operation of the ambulance service from Station#2. It
has been a tremendous benefit to the entire southern Weld population.
