RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND
OF TAXES - PETER WOLFF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Petition for Abatement or Refund of
Taxes for Peter Wolff, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 23rd day of May, 2011, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to June 13, 2011, in order to
allow Peter Wolff another opportunity to attend the hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
June 13, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of May, A.D., 2011.
