Commissioners,
I am sorry that I neglected to respond to your request. We processed a tax roll correction for these 90 odd
condominiums for 2009, based on your decision as the CBOE in 2010. The abatement for 2009 was not filed until Aug
2010,which gave us until the end of Feb to process.We completed the 2009 correction on Dec 6, 2010. I believe the
Treasurer has issued the refunds. I also believe mu staff informed Mr. Williamson of our actions when the corrections
were processed. Of course, the 2010 taxes will be based upon the values you set as the CBOE in Aug of 2010.
I hope this clarifies what occurred. I regret the oversight on my part for not responding to your initial question.

Ref: Refund of Taxes
Dear Sir:
A petition for abatement/or refund of taxes was sent 8/16/2010. We have not received
any communication and or refund from your office. The Board of Equalization made an
adjustment to the 2010 taxes because the evaluation was flawed and incorrect.
We expect the refund due us for 2009 in the next few days. Several items in the county's
evaluation did not exist. If the matter cannot be settled,I will obtain an attorney fora case of
falsifying documents with intention to defraud against the Weld County Assessor's office.
