Dear Mr. Carlson and Members of the Board:
It has come to the attention of the Weld County Council
that on August 13, 1979 certain real property was
approved for conveyance to purchasers by resolutions.
The Council wishes to point out to the Commissioners
and the County Attorney that according to the Home Rule
Charter Section 3 - 8 (4) (b) , the disposition of real
property should be done only by ordinance.
