DISTRICT-CANNON LAND COMPANY, C/O ENCANA NATURAL GAS, INC.
A public hearing was conducted on October 5, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Chair
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Pro-Tem
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner David E. Long - EXCUSED
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick

Planning Department representative, Tom Parko
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 1, 2011, and duly published
September 7, 2011, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Cannon Land Company, c/o Encana Natural Gas, Inc., for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1789 for Oil and Gas Storage Facilities
(LNG liquefaction and storage) and Oil and Gas Support and Service (fueling station,
mini-liquefaction facility, staging) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County
Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Tom Parko, Department of Planning Services, stated this matter is being continued to
October 19, 2011, due to a legal description discrepancy and it was reheard by the Planning
Commission yesterday.
The applicant was not present and no public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Cannon Land Company, c/o Encana
Natural Gas, Inc., for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit#1789 for Oil and Gas Storage Facilities (LNG liquefaction and storage) and Oil and Gas
Support and Service (fueling station, mini-liquefaction facility, staging) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District, to October 19, 2011. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia, and it
carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed
at 10:05 a.m.
