Jose,You have been in default of your contract obligations in these couple of months. I know that you
did get behind on your payments before, but you always gave us part of the payment.The most that we
waited was a week for the rest of the money.
We are willing to let you continue with this contract.We will lower your payments to$5,000 per month
for the rest of the contract.The only condition is that payments have to be made on the 15`of each
month if you are late more then 3(three)days,you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

plus$800.00 in late fees for this month is past due .This the second time that you violated the direct
terms of this lease agreement,therefore please be advised that you must vacate the property upon
receipt of this letter and pay all monies due via cash or certified funds.
