There is no draft annexation or pre-annexation agreement available at this time. Method for Financing Extension of Utilities. The City of Brighton will require the Annexor to extend services into the area through one or more of the following mechanisms: (I)development fees,(2)special improvement districts,(3)developer funds,(4) metropolitan districts,or(5)otherwise by agreement between the City of Brighton and Annexor as appropriate under the circumstances. Districts Within the Area to be Annexed. Information obtained through the Weld County Assessor's Office indicates that the following districts exist within the area to be annexed: Central Colorado Water Sub District,Central Colorado Water Conservancy District, Greater Brighton Fire Protection District, School District 27J, High Plains Library District(formerly Weld Library District), West Adams Conservation District. School Impacts. This annexation will not require the modification of any school district boundaries, as the property is within Adams County School District 27J. The Annexor is proposing a wastewater treatment facility, so there will not be any additional residents to be served by the school district. Attachments: • Exhibit A.
