After re-assessing the requirements for the Department Planning Services usage of a wide
format copier—scanner, we are rejecting the bids for Bid Request No. 81100110. The
requirements in the bid request do not completely reflect our anticipated needs and possible
alternatives.
We have informed the Weld County Purchasing Department of this decision. We will be working
with the Purchasing Department to submit a revised bid request that will better serve the needs
of our Department and possibly be more cost effective.
