conditionally approved a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Use by Special Review
Permit #1075 for the property and purpose described below. Conditional approval of this plan
creates a vested property right pursuant to Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S., for a period of three
years.

will be held before the Weld County Planning Commission in the Hearing Room, Weld County Planning
