RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTHEAST COLORADO
REGIONAL EMERGENCY AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL (RETAC)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mitch Wagy be appointed to said board as
the alternate member to regular member Dave Bressler, to replace Rod DeRoo; to appoint Toni
Moses to said board as the alternate member to regular member Travis Polk, to replace Eulala
Chapman Echols; and to reappoint Travis Polk as a regular member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mitch Wagy to said board, with a
term to expire June 30, 2012; to appoint Toni Moses to said board, with a term to expire June
30, 2013; and to reappoint Travis Polk to said board, with a term to expire June 30, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mitch Wagy and Toni Moses be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), with
terms to expire June 30, 2012, and June 30, 2013, respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Travis Polk be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Northeast Colorado Regional
Emergency and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), with a term to expire June 30,
2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of June, A.D., 2011.
