RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carl Harvey be reappointed to said board as
the Police Zone 2 representative, and that Robert Standen and Hugh Kane be reappointed to
said board as the Fire Zone A representatives, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Carl Harvey, Robert Standen,
and Hugh Kane to said board, with terms to expire December 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Carl Harvey, Robert Standen, and Hugh Kane be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with terms to expire
December 31, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of January, A.D., 2011.
