RESOLUTION
RE: ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE Ez OF THE SE4, SECTION
10 , TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST, 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY,
• COLORADO - REESE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, on December 20 , 1976, the Board of County Com-
3 missioners of Weld County, Colorado granted the owners of the
below-described property a period of six (6) months from that
date in which to comply with the conditions placed on the
zoning of the property when it was originally zoned C-Com-
mercial District in 1968, and
WHEREAS , the parcel of land involved is described as :
The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 10 , Township 2 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has determined that it is in the best interest of the
County to remove the conditions placed upon the C-Commercial
Zoning of the subject property when it was originally zoned in
1968, and all time limitations subsequently imposed upon the
property, and to place upon the zoning of the subject property
the sole limitation of a requirement for a unit development
plan to be filed at such time as the property is sought to be
developed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that all conditions
placed upon the C-Commercial Zoning of the above-described
property by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado to this date, are hereby removed and be it further
resolved that the above-described property be and hereby is ,
zoned C-Commercial with the sole limitation that the property
be developed pursuant to the unit development procedures of
Weld County, Colorado, at such time as the development of the
property is sought.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th
day of February , A.D. , 1977.
