RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR SPEED LIMIT SIGNS FOR ALL ENTRANCES
TO NORTHMOOR ACRES SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering Ser-
vices has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that speed limit signs be installed at
all entrances leading into Northmoor Acres Subdivision to in-
sure safety to the traveling public, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering Ser-
vices has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that conditions exist which make it
necessary to post the speed limit at 30 mph, at all entrances
leading into Northmoor Acres Subdivision, to insure safety to
the traveling public, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied
the recommendation of the Department of Engineering Services
and has determined that said speed limit signs are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the Board deems it advisable and in the
best interests of Weld County that said traffic control
devices be installed at all entrances leading into North-
moor Acres Subdivision, as per attached drawing.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
August, A.D. , 1979.

Subject: Proposed Speed Limits for Northmoor Acres Subdivision
Due to the safety of the travelling public, it is requested that
Speed Limit signs be installed as per the attached sketch for the
entrances to North Arces Subdivision.
Please adopt the necessary resolution for this proposal .
