RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING
AND LAND USE HEARINGS SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 30, 2011
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners will not be present at the
meeting or land use hearings of November 30, 2011, due to three (3) Commissioners attending
the Colorado Counties, Inc., (CCI) conference; therefore, the Board deems it advisable to
cancel said meeting and hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Board meeting and land use hearings of November 30, 2011,
be, and hereby are, canceled.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of October, A.D., 2011.
