Carrie Ann Lucas 621 Locust St. Windsor, CO 80550 To: County Board of Equalization Re: 621 Locust St, Windsor I am appealing the tax determination for the reasons specified in my original appeal. Additionally, I am appealing because I have since learned that an auxiliary building on my property is being assessed for residential/rental use. This property is not zoned to use the building in that manner, and it is not being used in that manner. The space is not living space, but rather storage space. The property has already been inspected, but my understanding is that the assessor did not have time to complete her review within the statutory timeline. I would like a hearing on this matter.
