RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT, REASSIGNMENT, AND APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Erich Ehrlich be reappointed to said board
as the Regular Commissioner District 1 Member; that Jim Cosner be reassigned from At-Large
Associate Member to At-Large Regular Member, to replace William Hansen; that Jason Maxey
be appointed as an At-Large Regular Member, to replace Benjamin Hansford; and that Larry
Reno be appointed as an At-Large Associate Member, to replace Jim Cosner, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Erich Ehrlich to said board, with a
term to expire July 31, 2014; to reassign Jim Cosner, with a term to expire July 31, 2012; to
appoint Jason Maxey, with a term to expire July 31, 2013; and to appoint Larry Reno, with a
term to expire July 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Erich Ehrlich be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of
Adjustment, with a term to expire July 31, 2014; that Jim Cosner be reassigned, with a term to
expire July 31, 2012; that Jason Maxey be appointed, with a term to expire July 31, 2013; and
that Larry Reno be appointed, with a term to expire July 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of August, A.D., 2011.
