RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF EILEEN MCGAUGHEY TO ISLAND GROVE PARK
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Island Grove Park Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eileen McGaughey be appointed to said
board as the County Appointee representative, to replace Terry Gertge, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Eileen McGaughey to said board,
with a term to expire March 1, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Eileen McGaughey be, and hereby is, appointed to the Island
Grove Park Advisory Board, with a term to expire March 1, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of March, A.D., 2011.
