Subject: Sale of equipment
We have an ambulance that has a transmission that went out. Since we just have taken delivery of 3 new
ambulances we would like to rotate this out at this time instead of putting in a new transmission. This ambulance
was up for rotation with the potential unit that would come in with the grant that has been applied for.
Limon Ambulance has offered us$12,000.00 for the unit. They are wanting just the box so it is not of concern
that the transmission is out.
Would request approval of the sale of unit 15270034, 2007 Ford Ambulance, to Limon Ambulance Service.
Official letter from their board will be coming in the next day or two.

Mitch:
Pursuant to our discussions, the Limon Ambulance Service would like to offer for purchase of WCPS unit #34.
a 2006 Ford E-450/Braun Ambulance with approximately 145,000 miles in the amount of$12,000.00 (twelve
thousand dollars). It is understood that this ambulance has a significant transmission problem that will probably
only be resolved by rebuilding/replacing the transmission. It is also understood that this ambulance has not
been involved in a major vehicle accident damaging the "Box" and that the "Box" has never been "re-
chassis'd".
Upon acceptance of our offer, l will submit a resolution to the Limon Town Board for final authorization to
complete the purchase. Their next meeting is on June 2, 2011.
Thank you very much for your time and efforts in helping us to complete this transaction.
Sincerely,
