RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR11-0011,
FOR AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT FACILITY(ROUST-A-BOUT, CONSTRUCTION AND
EXCAVATING SERVICE) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - TODD AND
RHONDA AMEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 26th day of
October, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Todd and Rhonda Amen, 24138 County Road 38, LaSalle, Colorado 80645,for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR11-0011, for an Oil and
Gas Support Facility(roust-a-bout, construction and excavating service)in the A (Agricultural)Zone
District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NW1/4 of Section 6, Township 3 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter, at the
request of the applicant, due to a scheduling conflict with a previously arranged vacation.
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to November 2, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to November 2,
2011, at 10:00 a.m.
