IN THE MATTER OF REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 37
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado did on the 29th day of November, 1978 pass Ordinance No.
37 approving the Title XX Homemaker Contract for 1979 between the
Colorado Department of Social Services and Weld County Health
Department, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has been informed
that said contract is between the Weld County Department of Social
Services and Weld County Health Department rather than the Colo-
rado Department of Social Services and the Weld County Health
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to repeal Ordinance
No. 37 which approves the Title XX Homemaker Contract for 1979
between the Colorado Department of Social Services and Weld
co County Health Department.

oo NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-

missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Ordinance No. 37,

previously enacted be , and hereby is, repealed.

BE IT FURTHER ORRDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
v of Weld County, Colorado that an emergency exists which requires

° that this Ordinance be enacted forthwith in that said contract
Q) 3 was to be in effect by January 1 , 1979 and it is now necessary that

p4 r. 2 said contract be declared null and void prior to January 1, 1979

5 T4 c and normal ordinance procedures would prevent this, and therefore ,
) ° o this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency Ordinance under the

d provisions of Section 3-14 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter.
The above. and foregoing Ordinance No. 48 was, on motion duly
made ,and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
December, A.`D. ; 1978 .
