Home My WebLink About760320.tiff RESOLUTION WHEREAS , it has come to the attention of the Board that considerable time has lapsed since the Weed District Advisory Committees have been appointed, and WHEREAS , it has been recommended that the Weed District Advisory Committees be up dated, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of the County to appoint said committees as recommended by Arthur V. Briggs, Weld County Pest Inspector. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the afore- mentioned committees be appointed, all as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, to serve at the pleasure of the Board. The above and foregoing resolution was , on motion. duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 16th day of June, 1976 .
