The response given from the Assessor was that Property was"uniformly valued following Colorado law. . . comparison of similar properties sold during 2009/2010". I have reveiwed the Notice as well as the Assessor's page of similar properties sold during 2009/2010 and am unable to come to the same conclusion and am dissatisfied with the response.
