THIS DEED is made by JACK R. CARY as Personal Representative of the
Estate of Carl M. Cary. deceased, and as Personal Representative of
the Estate of Oletha M. Cary, deceased, Grantor, to JACK R. CARY,

WHEREAS. the Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of the
said Estates by the District Court in and for the County of Weld and
State of Colorado, Case No. 81 PR 196 and Case No. 81 PR 197, on July
22. 1981 , and is now qualified and acting in such capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon the Grantor by
the Colorado Probate Code, the Grantor hereby sells, conveys, assigns
and transfers to the Grantee, in consideration of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) . the following real estate located in the County of
Weld and State of Colorado:
The West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 2,

80 acres, more or less, together with all water and water
rights, ditches and ditch rights, reservoir and reservoir
