Two copies of the TR are included along with the required fee and proof of placement with the Weld County Clerk to the Board, and related attachments (see above). The intended conveyor routed, as determined by physical survey, is shown on the included map. The route commences in the northeast corner of the Heintzelman permit area into the immediately touching permit boundary of Ready Mixed Concrete Company (M2001-046), and north into the immediately touching permit boundary of Varra Companies, Inc., Kurtz Project (M1999—006). The Technical Revision shows the 3101± feet of conveyor line and route as it exits the lease area to the south, and travels north to northeast to the existing Kurtz plant processing location. The route is shown relative to the approved easement location to the south of the Kurtz permit boundary; subsequently in relation the Kurtz boundary and extraction limits, as well as relevant features identifiable in the 2006 aerial image which remains relevant to approximate features on the ground, including the existing plant site facilities where the conveyor system ends. Conveyor appearance with typical 40 foot spans and supports for the as built structure are shown in the included drawings from Divide Constructors. It is the preference of the applicant that all reclamation expenses for dismantling the conveyor system within the Kurtz Project Permit Area be assigned to the Ieintzelman Permit Conveyor Amendment. Reclamation expenses for the conveyor system is provided for under a separate Amendment to the I Ieintzelman Project, and iterated relative to the respective locations as follows; Total line length is: NOTE: Conveyor route and Kurtz 3101 feet system is previously approved I leintzelman 1413 feet within the original Heintzelman Total = 4514 feet Project Permit Area. Percent (%) of total line in Kurtz = 69% of $22,200.00 total line dismantling costs = $15,318.00 This leaves a balance of $6,882.00 for line dismantling for Heintzelman + an additional S11,500.00 for dismantling the conveyor bridge crossing at Weld County Road 28. Therefore, combined Heintzelman warranty separate from Kurtz would be S18,382.00. If the warranty at the Kurtz portion of the conveyor line is applied to the Heintzelman warranty, then the total line and bridge dismantling costs = $33,700.00. The line and bridge conveyor route and easement information is provided under a separate amendment to the Heintzelman permit (M2009-018). Naturally, should you require clarification or additional information, we look forward to working with you. Thank-you for your assistance. Sincerely, Varra Companies, Inc.
