RE: ABATEMENT OF TAXES - HIGHLAND MOBILE HOME PARK, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 39-1-113 ,
1973 , as amended, a hearing was held on the 27th day of December,
1978 , on petition number 8 of Highland Mobile Home Park, Inc.
for abatement of taxes for the years 1975 , 1976, and 1977 in the
amount of $144. 36 , and
WHEREAS, at such hearing, H. H. Hansen, Weld County Assessor,
was present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has considered the petition and the evidence presented,
and does find that the assessments in the aforementioned tax
abatement matter were improper, and therefore should be abated for
the calendar years 1975 , 1976 and 1977, and
WHEREAS, said petition was submitted to the Property Tax
Administrator of the State of Colorado, R. E. Carper, who has
reviewed said petition and approved the action of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, said approval having
been made on the 2nd day of January, 1979 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned matter
for abatement of taxes on property owned by the aforementioned
taxpayer be, and hereby is, allowed to the extent as set forth in
this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
December, A.D. , 1978.

WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Weld. County,
State of Colorado/at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 77th day of
December , A. D. 19 78 , at which meeting there were present the following members:
Chairman Pro Tem June K. Steinmark, Commissioners Norman Carlson
Lydia Dunbar, Victor L. Jacobucci
notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present having been given to the Assessor of said County and
