;1, RE: AUTHORIZATION AND APPROVAL OF SALE OF LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK
10 , TOWN OF NEW RAYMER, STATE OF COLORADO.
: WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
cNt Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

zn WHEREAS , Kenneth D. and Betty A. Thompson, husband and wife,

of P. O. Box 127 , New Raymer , Colorado 80742, have tendered to the

Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, a bid in
-1 the total sum of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400. 00) for Lots 16 and 17 ,

Block 10 , Town of New Raymer, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interest of Weld
County, Colorado to sell said lots to the aforesaid Kenneth D.
and Betty A. Thompson for the sum of $400. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County accept the
bid of $400. 00 for the aforementioned lots as submitted by Kenneth
D. and Betty A. Thompson, and as reflected on the attached copy of
a Quit Claim Deed to said individuals dated August 5th, 1977, and
signed by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners for and
on behalf of said Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
August, A.D. , ,1977 .
