RE: REIMBURSEMENT OF $50 ,000. 00 FROM THE SPECIAL ROAD AND BRIDGE
FUND TO THE CONTINGENCY FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in 1976, $50,000. 00 was transferred from the
Contingency Fund to a Special Road and Bridge Fund for a future
purchase, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has determined that when the actual purchase was made,
the cost of said purchase was drawn from the Intragovernmental
Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed that
$50,000. 00 be transferred from the Special Road and Bridge Fund
back to the Contingency Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that $50 , 000. 00 be transfer-
red from the Special Road and Bridge Fund back to the Contingency
Fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
