The effective date of this sale is May 20, 2010. Attached is a copy of the fully executed and recorded Assignment and Bill of Sale for each of the two (2) leases. In summary, Eagle Land Services entered into 2 separate leases with Weld County that were subsequently assigned to Chesapeake. The Assignments were then recorded in Weld County. Attached is a pdf of what we will be sending to you today--a letter formatted similar to the one that you provided, notifying Weld County of the transfer, along with Assignment Fees of$50($25 per Assignment). Also, per our discussions, I've also enclosed delay rentals for the year. You stated that although these rentals are past due, this payment would be accepted & bring us up to date for the year, correct? Please let me know if that is not the case.
