Dear Michelle:
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation received notice of a hearing on February 1,
2011 before the Weld County Planning Commission concerning an application for a
change of zone from agricultural to estate zoning for property known as Highland Farms
• in a portion of the N/2NW/4 of Section 5, Township 1 North, Range 68 West
("Property").
Anadarko Land Corp. and Anadarko E&P Company LP own all of the minerals
that underlie the Property. The Anadarko entities have entered into a surface use
agreement with Highland Acquisition Group, L.L.C. and EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc.
that covers the Property.
The Anadarko entities have no objection to the application; provided that, the
developer complies with the terms of the Agreement as amended.
