Anadarko Land Corp. and Anadarko E&P Company LP own all of the minerals that underlie the Property. The Anadarko entities have entered into a surface use agreement with Highland Acquisition Group, L.L.C. and EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. that covers the Property.
