in the UFR TPR for the design/build turnkey facility to construct a natural gas fueling
station in Platteville for the cost of the available grant funds. The information provided
to Weld County does not meet bid specifications. Therefore, to ensure compliance with
Weld County bid requirements, it is recommended to re-bid the project.
