RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
ACCORDING TO POLICY REGARDING COLLATERAL FOR IMPROVEMENTS
RELATED TO USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1582 - CITY OF
AURORA/PRAIRIE WATERS PROJECT, C/O MARK PIFHER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Road Maintenance Agreement
According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements Related to Use by Special Review
Permit#1582 for the City of Aurora/Prairie Waters Project, c/o Mark Pifher and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 7th day of February, 2011, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to February 14, 2011, in order
to allow adequate time for staff to create a related intergovernmental agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
February 14, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of February, A.D., 2011.
