Subject: Amendment to Staff comments— USR-1794

The Department of Public Works requests the following amendments:
There needs to be an item 1.A.10 added to the resolution. This site needs to have a water quality feature
shown on the map. Since it is a compressor station only, it does not have to have a full blown drainage
report.
Item 1.A.10 should state"Show the Water Quality Feature on the Plat. Label it as "Water Quality Feature,
No Build or Storage Area".
Item 1.A.6 should reference an 18" culvert instead of a 15" culvert.
An item needs to be added to require a grading permit prior to construction.
The project will disturb over an acre of land therefore, a Weld County Grading Permit is required before
construction. (Department of Public Works)

Subject: Amendment to Staff comments— Compressor Sites
Date: September 20, 2011
One amendment to staff comments is requested, this amendment applies to the Request and also to
Development Standard number 1: Staff requests a call-out on the number of compressors in the request
A Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review Permit for Oil and Gas Support and Service, including
oil and gas processing facilities and related equipment, including, but not limited to, four (4) compressors
associated with gas processing or which compress gas to enter a pipeline for transport to market, in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District
