WHEREAS,the Colorado Fatherhood Council Member of the Year Award
''`)'•- " recognizes a council member for his or her leadership and effectiveness in
g promoting responsible fatherhood, andw �
WHEREAS,Ann Bruce earned this award by promoting concepts of
,, } responsible fatherhood as an integral part of the healthy marriage programs, 9,
teaching fathers effective co-parenting strategies,taking a leadership role in
44:4;n creating a statewide network of healthy marriage grantees known as the Healthy L I

Relationship Council,and being instrumental in merging this collaborative with `
the Colorado Fatherhood Council,and by co-creating the Parents 4 Ever
Program which seeks to increase interpersonal relationships and teach co- C
