RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas Ladd be appointed to said board as
the Plumbing Contractor representative, to replace Ron Bernhardt; that Richard Spitler be
appointed to said board as the Electrical Contractor, to replace Mike DeLaney; and that Robert
Coon be reappointed to said board as the Small Independent General Contractor
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Ladd and Richard Spitler,
and to reappoint Robert Coon to said board, all with terms to expire April 10, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Thomas Ladd and Richard Spitler be, and hereby are, appointed,
and that Robert Coon be, and hereby is, reappointed, to the Building Trades Advisory
Committee, all with terms to expire April 10, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of April, A.D., 2011.
