RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR CONVEYANCE OF
PROPERTY FROM WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, TO THE TOWN OF WINDSOR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed which has been
prepared by the Town of Windsor for the County of Weld, State of Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 23rd day of March, 2011, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to April 13, 2010, in order to
allow adequate time for the Town of Windsor to address the Board's concerns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
April 13, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of March, A.D., 2011.
