RE: AUTHORIZE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO
DISCONTINUE PUBLICATION OF PAYROLL DETAIL.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administrative Services
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that the publication of the payroll detail be discon-
tinued due to publication expense, and
WHEREAS, the detail of the payroll would be available for
public inspection, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
and in the best interests of Weld County to discontinue publica-
tion of the payroll detail due to the expense of publication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Director of Finance
and Administrative Services be, and hereby is, authorized to
discontinue publication of the payroll detail.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
December, A.D. , 1979 .
