This building was permitted as a single story agricultural building. It has been neither. The True's have been lying to the county and neighbors from the beginning. They built this building for the purpose of a 2n°floor apartment and a 3000 square feet manufacturing and distribution warehouse. They have been living in it for almost 2 years now without a certificate of occupancy and are trying to do all of this after the fact because we have made the county aware of their abuses to code,zoning,and their neighbors. Allowing any of these USR's or Zoning Changes to pass would be a travesty to justice and fairness to the neighbors. True Goo Products has moved onto agricultural property amongst small farms and horse property and • set up their business without any regard to the law,county,codes, zoning or the effect to our farm personally. This is the county's opportunity to stop this abuse and do the right thing. This is agricultural property not commercial property. I personally have given the county enough information to stop this. Seven years ago the neighbors and town of Frederick voted against this very thing and put a stop to it. This time we haven't even been afforded that opportunity. The True's and True Goo Products clearly have the means and funding to set this business up on commercial property where it belongs. Why they felt the need to bully their way onto agricultural property to set up their 14 year old commercial business is again a clear sign of their disregard for anyone but themselves. I ask you again, please stop this. Sharon said she talked to Tom Parko after the commisioners hearing about a more expansive special use permit that would allow employees. We have discussed this, and feel we don't have any need for this now(the more encompassing USR), we don't plan to have any employees.
