Evidence of Adequate Water Supply
During construction, the contractor will be required to provide drinking water. DCP meet with Mr.
John Zadel, General Manager, and Mr. Stan Linker, Operations Manager,for the Central Weld County
Water District regarding the District's ability to supply potable water for the proposed La Salle Gas
Plant. At this time it is not anticipated that there will be any issues. DCP is in the process of applying
for a water tap. DCP has also checked with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District to
confirm whether or not the property has been included in their district and in the Municipal Sub-
district. The property has been included in the area covered by the Colorado Big Thompson project,
but not in the Municipal Sub-district. DCP will partition for inclusion once ownership of the property
has been transferred to DCP.

Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
During construction the contractor will be required to provide and maintain sanitary
facilities. Post-construction, a septic system will be used. A company has been hired to
design the system and will be applying for the permit prior to construction.
