This deed,. made this 31st day of August,
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-nine, between Walter A. Riggs and
Warren E. Riggs of Kent, Iowa; Leonard M. Riggs
of Altura°, California; Ellen L. Robinson, Millard D.

I, RAY RIGGS, of Route 1, Box 211, Greeley, Weld County, Colorado, of
the age of 67 yearn on November 7, 1960, being of soundtmind and disposing
memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking any and all former wills, testaments and codicils

FIRST, I direct that my remains he placed at rest in Linn Grove
Cemetery at Greeley, Colorado, or Town of Eaton Cemetery at Eaton, Colorado, •
in a reepectablo manner end that a suitable monument be placed at my grave. ,

Sion, last illness and funeral expenses be fully paid oat of the assets of
my estate as aeon as possible after my death.

4. Charlotte M. Tidquist, Route 1, Kersey, Colorado.
5. Dale M. Riggs, 421 Bridge Street, Brighton, Colorado.

alike, one-third to each. It is my will and wish that my personal belongings

FIFTNe I hereby nominate end appoint my beloved wife, Resole H. Riggs,
exeoutrlx of this Will, and request that my said executrix be allowed to
serve as such without giving bond in this or any other jurisdiction, and in
the event that for any reason my paid exeoutrix shall not qualify and serve
an ouch, I nominate and appoint my eon, William 0. Riggs, to be successor-
executor of this Will and direct that he be permitted to qualify and serve
as such without giving bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
SIXTH' I understand that under the laws of Colorado now existing, my
beloved wife may have the right to refuse the provisions herein made for her
end elect to take instead, one-half of all of the property of my estate.
However, this will is planned primarily for her protection, with her full
knowledge and approval, and her Insurance to me that if I predecease her, she
will sooept the provisions hereof, and it is my hope and expectation that
she will do so; if, however, she should not do eo, then it in my will that
she shall take nothing hereunder and that, as to the remaining one-half of
ay estate, all the provisions hereof shall be conotiued and enforced as if
• my wife had predeceased me.

Weld County, Colorado, this day of July, A. D. 1961, in the presence
of the witnesses signing as ouch, who, at my request, in my presence, and in
