CORRECTION
Dear Weld County Commissioners,
Bayswater Exploration& Production, LLC acquired a Weld County Oil and Gas Lease as
referenced above. Pursuant to Paragraph 9 of said Oil and Gas Lease, Bayswater Exploration&
Production, LLC requests permission to assign the lease and all of the lands covered thereby to
the following parties in the following proportions:

This document is intended to correct that certain consent to assign letter dated October 19,2010.
Please execute the enclosed copy of this letter in the space provided to indicate your written
approval and consent to the assignment and transfer of the Oil and Gas Lease as provided above.
