WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution dated February 9,
1976, the Weld County Communications Advisory Board was
created and members appointed thereto, and
WHEREAS, John T. Miller, Fort Lupton Police
Department, was appointed to serve a one year term to
expire December 31, 1976; and Mr. John T. Miller has
since tendered his resignation on said Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Albert D.
Avey, Fort Lupton Police Department, be appointed to fulfill
the unexpired term of John T. Miller.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, that Albert D. Avey be, and he hereby
is appointed to fulfill the unexpired term of John T. Miller
on the Weld County Communications Advisory Board, to expire
on December 31, 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on
the 17th day of May, A. D. , 1976.
