RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - LOT 7 - GEISERT
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 1977, the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado heard the appli-
cation of the developers for approval of the Site Development
Plan for Lot 7 , Geisert Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission, having recom-
mended approval of said Site Development Plan for Lot 7 , Geisert
Subdivision, subject to compliance of the Development Standards,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Site Development
Plan for Lot 7, Geisert Subdivision, be, and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
September, A.D. , 1977.

Geisert Subdivision, Lot 7
Moved by Marge Yost that the following resolution be intro-
duced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission :
Be it therefore Resolved Jy uc Weld County Planning Conmission
that the• following be recommended to the Board of County Commissioners :
1. The proposed use complies with the uses permitted for the
Geisert I-UD as outlined in the development standards for the PUD.
2. The proposed site plan development complies with the development
standards for the Geisert I-UD.
3. The County Engineer ' s Office has indicated the drainage plan is
acceptable as presented.
