Dear Mr. Ross:
With respect to the referenced certification
applications and responsive to your letter to me of
December 6, 1974, this is to advise that the respective
applicants proposing to conduct cable TV services in
both Weld and Larimer Counties (unincorporated portions) ,
Colorado, intend to operate within that portion of each
County which surrounds the Cities of Ft. Collins and
Greeley to a depth of 5 miles from the city limits .
As soon as service is implemented in these
portions of the County immediately adjoining the
designated cities, the applicants may then determine
to seek further Commission authority for expansion of
their operations into additional unincorporated portions
of the Counties .
Should additional information be necessary in
connection with this matter, please advise the undersigned.
