RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF DR. DAVID WERKING AS A MEMBER OF WELD
COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Health
Department Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. David Werking
be re-appointed to said Board for a term to expire on May 23 ,
1982 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Dr. David Werking be,
and hereby is, re-appointed to the Weld County Health Department
Board for a term to expire on May 23, 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
June, A.D. , 1979 .
