single-family dwelling unit per lot other than those already permitted,located in Township 6 North,
Range 64 West,6u'P.M,Section 3:W/2NW/4.Based on the corresponding Site Plan,Weld County
Access Information sheet,and USR Application included in the Weld County Referral dated April 26,
2012,Case Number USR-1752 Noble does not object to your permit application.However,Noble
requires that all setbacks for existing and future wells,operations,production facilities and equipment
defined by the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission's Rules and Regulations are
considered and followed.
